1. Booking Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed upon receiving a deposit, as specified during booking. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Payment Terms

• All fees, including deposits and final payments, must be made by the specified dates.
• Prices are subject to change due to seasonal adjustments or additional requests.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations can be made by emailing info@lankatourdriver.com. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy below for specific refund eligibility.

4. Travel Requirements

• All travelers are responsible for their own travel documents, visas, and other requirements. Lanka Tour Driver is not liable for any loss due to improper documentation.

5. Liability

• Lanka Tour Driver is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of its services, including delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control.

6. Code of Conduct

• We expect all participants to behave respectfully during the tours. We reserve the right to terminate services if conduct disrupts the tour or the experience of other travelers.
